Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Sort Workshop ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the app store terms that apply to your download.
3. Virtual Items
The Application may include virtual currency, items, and progress that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may modify, balance, or remove virtual items as part of game updates.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party tools, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the Application or its services. We may suspend or reset accounts that violate these rules.
5. Advertisements
The Application is free to play and may show advertisements. Ad availability and frequency may change. Optional rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits when you choose to watch them.
6. Online Features
Leaderboards, friends, clans, and cloud save require an internet connection and may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online features.
7. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bastet Elektronik Hizmetler ve Tic Ltd Sti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
8. Changes
We may update the Application and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
