Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mystic Thrift Shop mobile application (the "Application") published by Bastet Elektronik Hizmetler ve Tic Ltd Sti ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). The Application is a free-to-play casual organization and thrift-shop meta game. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Application, we may collect:
- Gameplay data: level progress, coins, crystals, lives, cargo timers, collection items, daily rewards, settings, and inventory stored on your device and synced to our cloud when you are online
- Account identifiers: an anonymous Firebase user ID; optionally a linked Google Play Games or Yandex account identifier if you choose to link accounts
- Profile data you provide: display preferences, country, language, and avatar selection in Settings
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and general gameplay analytics events
- Advertising identifiers: advertising ID where applicable for ad delivery and measurement
The Application does not collect precise GPS location.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Save and sync your game progress across sessions and devices
- Operate cargo, collection, daily rewards, and economy features
- Balance gameplay and configure features via Remote Config
- Deliver and measure advertisements
- Detect crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that may process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Functions)
- Yandex (ads and optional sign-in on RuStore builds)
5. Advertising
The Application may show ads through Google AdMob and/or Yandex Ads depending on your store build (Google Play or RuStore). Where required by law, we request consent before personalized advertising.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Progress is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to Firebase Firestore when online. We retain data while you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, security, and legal compliance.
7. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To request deletion of your cloud save and associated account data, contact bastet@bastetsoft.com.
8. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact bastet@bastetsoft.com if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
